Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Partners: We use major carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We select the most efficient and reliable carrier for your location to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

  • Delivery Time: After processing, standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Please note, this is an estimate and not a guarantee.


 

Order Tracking

 

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


International Shipping

We Do Not Offer International Shipping


 

Lost, Damaged, or Multi-Package Orders

 

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at matty@mymagaswag.shop with your name and order number. We will investigate and assist you.

  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If this occurs, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each package.
